Safety in the Lord
Before I begin to offer an understanding on living safely in the Lord, we must note that mankind has the freedom to determine one's own autonomy and destiny, while we remain in this dispensation of grace. We've been given an ability to discern between good and evil. This power of choice is honored by the Lord Almighty and cannot be violated without the person's permission. Although, the devil is crafty and will try to find reason to violate this trust. This is why it's essential to know your rights in the will of God, as declared by the testament of Jesus at Calvary.
Secondly, the head of the home, church, organization or government has the right of stewardship by birthright or as an elected individual. I've mentioned this as a warning about entering a cult or occult camp without a positive directive and divine intervention from God. Don't think you can talk your way through a spiritual battle with only a scripture reference. And, since the devil is crafty as misery seeks company, it's good to claim Bible rights over your family, the home, a business, etc. as a hedge of protection by a guardian angel. Take a note to remove any artifacts that are the property of evil from you home. The scriptures encourage us to pray for the government leaders and for everyone in authority over our lives. It's good to keep your pastor in your prayer request by the enlightenment of faith.
If your planning on starting a ministry for the Lord, please note this scripture. "The bed is too short to stretch out on, the blanket too narrow to wrap around you" (Isaiah 28:20 NIV). The reference of the bed being too short is talking about the foundation and personal knowledge in the Word of God. The prayer covering or blanket must be increased as the ministry grows in the purpose of God. It's my prayer that the Lord will provide a word of knowledge by this scripture and also bless your personal needs. It's safe to believe on the Lord who provides intercessory prayer for you from the faith of our brothers and sisters, who're guided by the Holy Spirit. Remember this scripture, "The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them" (Psalm 34:7 NIV), and see the power of God when all seems like darkness.
I've mentioned the need to know the Word and when, as guided by the Holy Spirit, to pronounce a victory in Jesus. The church faithful and born-again have received authority in this world. Listen to this word of Jesus, "I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father" (John 14:12 NIV). The Bible has provided the answer and way of saving grace as we rest in the promise and salvation of God by His mercy at Calvary. Our life is precious in the sight of God, and we will rejoice in the kingdom and glorious presence of God for all eternity.
